Our applicator is the result of complete independent innovation, with the world's first applicator specifically designed for the current DTF (Direct to Film) process coming from POLYTECH.

We hold the world's first utility model patent for a DTF applicator (dtf powder shaker), and essentially, the basic working principle of all applicators on the market is a replica of our machine.

Our dtf shaker machine adopts a full touchscreen operation, which is very simple and easy to get started with, allowing for plug-and-play functionality. The length of the tunnel is based on the drying conditions of our ink. The original 60cm oven length was based on the printing speed of the EPSON3480 printer used by Polytech, which was then also adopted in systems using two I3200 heads. We can develop applicators of various lengths and widths for customers, meeting their specific needs.
