Traditional digital printing processes typically involve screen making and overlay printing. In this production process, the cumbersome multiple platemaking and washing not only produce a pungent odor but also result in a large amount of wastewater, causing irreversible harm to personnel and the environment. Stemming from Polytech's founding vision, to address this issue, Mike and Andrew combined their expertise in nanoscale digital printing inks and textile printing and dyeing fields to innovate digital printing solutions.
Since June 2017,Polytech has continuously applied for multiple patents:
● "A Nano water based Ink,"
● "A Waterbased Ink Printing Pretreatment Solution for Artificial Leather,"
● "A Digital Inkjet White Ink for Dark Fabrics,"
● "A Powder Shaker Dryer,"
● laying a solid scientific research foundation for the birth of the globally popular DTF solution. They are several products we refer to as Direct To Film, including DTF Ink, DTF Film, DTF white ink, and DTF shaker powder.
