Heat transfer film

The heat transfer film is a high-quality white ink heat transfer film independently developed by Polytech specifically for the white ink heat transfer process and supporting machines.   It is a special high-temperature resistant heat transfer film that is not easy to wrinkle after drying and pressing.

It adopts advanced multi-coating technology, the coating is stable and even, the film surface is delicate and not easy to absorb moisture, the static electricity elimination is excellent, and the blank film surface will 

not absorb excess hot melt powder.

Product feature

● The film surface has high ink absorbency, allowing printing with 100% white ink volume.

● The film surface is brightly colored, the ink dots are fine, and the edges of the pattern are sharp.

● Matte

● Release force: The release effect is stable. It can be peeled cold or hot. The pattern can be peeled off perfectly. There will be no residue during transfer or the pattern will be damaged and no defective products will appear. It can be used in fully automatic thermal transfer printing and pressing machines.
