DTF hot melt powder is a high-quality hot melt powder specially matched by Polytech for the white ink heat transfer process and supporting machines.
According to the application of the heat transfer process, it is divided into: Polytech soft hot melt powder 801; Polytech super soft hot melt powder 802, and Polytech washing water mark special hot melt powder 803.
801 has good softness and fastness, high cost performance, and is widely used by customers in general applications.
802 is softer and has good fastness, suitable for large-area patterns, soft to the touch, good elasticity, and excellent recovery.
803 is specially designed for washable label applications. Even for extremely fine lines, it can meet various fastness requirements. The wash fastness reaches the requirements of famous sports brands.
01. Powder should fully cover the graphic on film and dust off excessive powder on the sides.
02. If you are using PolyFlim Powder Machine, you may transfer the graphic onto textiles immediately. If need to keep the graphics on film, you will need an oven.
03. If you are using Oven, set to 130 C.If you need to transfer the film immediately, bake for about 3 minutes. If you need to storage, bake for 10 minutes.
04. If you are using PolyFlim Powder Machine, please set the temperature number to 65. If you need to keep the graphic, bake again and set belt to 100-200.
