Why is POLYTECH an Excellent Partner in the DTF Field?
Since its inception, DTF technology has developed rapidly over the past two or three years. As the founder, POLYTECH has observed various companies within and outside the industry investing in the DTF sector.
Before the 2019 Shanghai CSGIA exhibition, no company, except POLYTECH, offered an integrated DTF solution. We were the first to launch a complete digital heat transfer solution in 2019 and we were the only one company exhibited DTF in CSGIA Shanghai in 2019. Now, this solution is internationally referred to as DTF.
Many companies currently promoting DTF have been our customers—customers who purchase our ink, our printing films, our machines, and even customers who use our terminals to produce printed T-shirts. The rise of DTF technology presents an opportunity for everyone, offering significant benefits and the potential to quickly generate wealth.
As numerous companies have joined the DTF field, this program has spread globally, making waves across the industry. Printers and garment factories in every country are now sourcing DTF products from Chinese or Korean suppliers. However, as of now, many customers’ initial excitement about DTF has turned into disappointment. Much of this dissatisfaction stems from the products themselves and, secondly, from the poor service provided by certain suppliers.
DTF customers require quality products and reliable services, not industrial waste or irresponsible service provided solely for profit. Many DTF distributors and end customers experienced very frustrating moments when they first purchased certain DTF products—the machines failed to operate properly, product quality was inconsistent, and in some cases, the suppliers became unreachable, leading to disappointment.
So, why is POLYTECH different from others?
Consumables:
DTF digital printing ink, DTF printing film, and hot melt powder are essential.
- POLYTECH has a patent for the invention of water-based latex ink, and our ink has been validated over six years.
- POLYTECH’s printing film has consistently led the industry. The first DTF film was developed at POLYTECH, and we began selling DTF printing film as early as 2019. Many companies that claim to have invented DTF printing film are on our customer list.
- POLYTECH's team consists of chemists, long-term experts in material science, and textiles. With extensive experience working with various fabrics and applications, POLYTECH can provide a wide range of materials and hot melt powder models to meet diverse customer needs.
Printers
POLYTECH has been meticulous in selecting printers from the beginning. Initially, we used Epson 3280 and Epson 3480 printers to print our transfer films, followed by I3200 printers. Our team has an in-depth understanding of both digital and screen printing. We are familiar with all the critical elements and technical conditions required for DTF printers.
POLYTECH was the first company in the market to introduce an integrated dusting and drying machine, and we hold the original patent for this technology. It is now commonly known as a "powder shaker" in the market. Our team includes experts in textile machinery, which enabled us to invent and continuously improve this product.
