Polytech Launches Complete DTF Solution at the Shanghai CSGIA Exhibition
At the beginning of 2019, Polytech launched its water-based printable PET film, which was extremely well-received. Almost all industry distributors and related manufacturers across the country came to visit the company, creating quite a sensation.
During each exhibition, since there is rarely any innovation in the digital printing industry, especially among Chinese digital printing companies, the launch of Polytech's new solution attracted a lot of attention, becoming a rare focal point.
Almost all distributors and end customers had one question for Polytech: "How can we achieve true mass production? The current method of manually applying powder cannot achieve real large-scale production, nor can it guarantee stable quality, making it difficult to complete large orders."
In response to customer demands, our team quickly established a research and development team, including industry experts in screen printing and heat transfer, mechanical design specialists, and long-term professionals from the printing industry. We began developing and producing automated powder application and drying equipment.
After nearly a year of research and testing, in November 2019, Polytech officially launched the first generation of a complete DTF solution at the Shanghai CSGIA exhibition. This launch shocked the entire industry. Polytech's booth became the center of the exhibition and was the only booth crowded with visitors. Customers were amazed at Polytech’s continued innovation capabilities, with our patented powder application machine becoming the focal point of the exhibition.
