Some DTF end customers occasionally ask POLYTECH why the following situation occurs: the white ink, or even the colored ink, does not stay fixed on the DTF film but instead flows in the direction of the DTF film's movement. Below, we provide an analysis and solutions for this issue.
1. Verify the quality of the film, if it is Polytech made, skip it, we have done QC job.
2. Check the white ink concentration, change to POLYTECH white ink. No need to change CMYK if your ink is good to use.
3. Inspect the ink tank for deposits, use fresh ink or POLYTECH ink to get a comfortable experience.
