How to solve color difference between bulk production and samples in DTF?

Sometimes we met the issue that we can’t repeat the colors when bulk order to be printed from sample colors, hereby is the suggestions to check its root cause and resolve it accordingly.
Check:
1. Print head status and nozzle condition. Monitor status by adding a color chart to PET.
2. Printing parameters and settings (ICC profile, white ink percentage, etc.).
3. Record printing samples with details (date, file name, ICC file name, fabric type, heat press conditions).
