Sometimes we encounter issues where the printed patterns have incorrect color sequences or irregular ink mixing, leading to color differences or errors in the printed patterns. In such cases, we need to check for ink mixing in the nozzles and identify the causes to resolve the issue.
1. Print a nozzle test draw to see the issue and check the flash inkjet stack height(correct parameter: 1mm≈10000~12000) and the flash frequency in manual cleaning (correct parameter: 3-4K)
2. Replace the ink damper if damaged or leaking, which will cause negative pressure and suck inks into damper.
3. Replace the wiper or ink pump if aged or faulty.
4. A special case is about white ink: we need to stop white ink circulation during printing to avoid circulate pump suck inks at the print head surface into the damper.
