Sometimes we encounter issues where printed patterns have incorrect color sequences or irregular ink mixing, leading to color inconsistencies or errors in the printed patterns. In such cases, it’s essential to check for ink mixing in the nozzles and identify the causes to resolve the issue.
1.Print a nozzle test pattern to identify the problem, and check the flash inkjet stack height (recommended parameter: 1mm ≈ 10,000–12,000) and flash frequency during manual cleaning (recommended parameter: 3–4K). These parameters are for Polytech Printer setup, talk to your supplier about it if you are not using our printers.
2.Replace the ink damper if it is damaged or leaking, as this can cause negative pressure and draw ink(could be more than one color) into the damper.
3.Replace the wiper or ink pump if it is aged or malfunctioning.
4. A special case applies to white ink: stop white ink circulation during printing to prevent the circulation pump from drawing ink from the print head surface into the damper.
